From shaping the bowl with the carved (oyma) or ribbed (yaprak / dilim) technique to fingerboard work, from stringing to tuning — we do every stage with our own hands. Whether it is a long-neck bağlama or a short-neck cura, we go after sound and balance.
Repair, Tuning and Restoration
Sazes worn by the years, changed in voice or broken are a passion of their own for us. Restoring an old bağlama often demands as much care as building one from scratch. In our workshop we carry out your saz's repair, tuning and restoration with meticulous care, giving it back its original voice. And not only bağlama: we also do string replacement and repair-maintenance up to a certain level on instruments such as guitar, oud, tanbur, panduri, mandolin, cümbüş and violin.
